Frederick Douglas in 1857 expressed this eternal principle.
'Find out just what people will submit to, and you have found the exact amount of injustice and wrong doing which will be imposed on them; and these will continue until they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.
In the Carol Murphy case (when vultures rule). Christine Fraser State licensed Veterinarian working for the animal welfare program euthanized and decapitated Carols horse because she said it was a classic case of rabies. If Fraser thought the horse had rabies why did she continue and allow others to continue to remove animals from the barn and house when a threat of rabies was present? Why was the farm not quarantined instead of transporting animals, that may have had contact with a rabid horse, to area shelters and private homes? Possibly jeopardizing the lives and health of other animals and people.
